INDUSTRIAL & WAREHOUSING

Large-Scale Logistics Warehouse

Design and implementation of professional industrial storage solutions. This project featured the installation of heavy-duty multi-tiered racking systems within a high-clearance warehouse facility, optimized for organized logistics and efficient supply chain management.

1. Structural & Civil Engineering
Super-Flat Flooring (FM2/FM1): In warehouses with high-reach forklifts (up to 15 meters), the concrete floor must be "super-flat." Even a 2mm deviation can cause a forklift to tilt dangerously at full height.

Clear Span Portals: We utilize heavy-grade steel portal frames to create massive internal spaces with minimal columns, allowing for flexible racking layouts.

Loading Bay Pits: Precise civil works are required to create the pits for the Dock Levelers mentioned previously, ensuring they are flush with the internal floor.

2. Specialized MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing)
Logistics hubs have massive footprints that require specialized utility management:

High-Output Lighting: LED high-bay lighting systems with motion sensors to reduce electricity costs in inactive zones.

ESFR Sprinkler Systems: (Early Suppression, Fast Response) High-volume sprinklers mounted in the ceiling and sometimes within the racking itself to penetrate high-stacked pallets.

HVLS Fans: (High-Volume Low-Speed) Massive ceiling fans (up to 7 meters in diameter) to manage air circulation and temperature for workers and temperature-sensitive goods.

3. Integrated Logistics Infrastructure
A modern warehouse is an ecosystem of moving parts:

Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS): Integration of tracks and power for robotic pickers.

External Civil Works: Thick, reinforced concrete aprons for the heavy "dead loads" of parked trailers, and expansive drainage systems to handle rainwater runoff from massive roof surface areas.
